Located in the prestigious luxury hotel “Las Ventanas Al Paraiso”, in the beautiful destination of Los Cabos, Mexico, “Árbol” is undoubtedly an ideal place for a special occasion.
Alluring and captivating, the first words that come to mind when remembering our experience. Arbol´s serene atmosphere, achieved by the enchanting trees that surround the place, a carefully chosen classical setlist to accompany their exotic and iniguous menu.
When dining out, to be in a pleasant environment is a must-have. Arbol goes out of its way to present us with their fascinating atmosphere. The beautiful setting is thoughtfully designed to spend a spectacular romantic evening with your loved ones, every detail is handpicked to be the very best for its guests.
I must confess, I could not stop admiring my surroundings at any moment until we were presented with an equally impeccable menu, we were presented with a variety of high-end delicacies, sincerely the best.
Árbol, offers a variety of dishes from Asia, with particular inspiration from India’s flavorful and traditional style, all thanks to the well respected chef Anand, his menu reflects his acquired knowledge and avant-garde way of thinking from his travels around the world, he has managed to perfectly replicate the flavors from Asia, putting his own twist by bringing them to life with fresh locally resourced ingredients.
We were lucky to be sat on the most beautifully set dining table, even the way towards our table was magical, where we had to walk through steps above the water to get to our round table where comfortable couches were placed to give us a cozy feeling, definitely achieved by our standards. We arrived at the place when sunset was about to end, so we could appreciate how the tones of the place changed as the night progressed.
I don’t want to end sharing my experience with you without the very important mentioning of the wonderful staff, they were so attentive from the moment we arrived, through the course of our dinner and to the very moment when we ended our night at Arbol. Wonderfully managed place, it makes any special occasion even more so, undoubtedly our impressions were ten out of ten.
At the end of a magnificent dinner at Arbol, we decided to end our night by visiting “La Botica Speakeasy”, a bar located in Las Ventanas as well, here we contemplated a great show of Cuban music, where we tasted a variety of fresh cocktails and enjoyed the joyful vibes from the music surrounding us.
What a perfect way to end our evening.
