Carlos Zatch manages several businesses from his office in beautiful Los Cabos, Mexico. While most of his team operates remotely from various locations, he is in need of a reliable local assistant to help maximize his productivity.

Carlos currently has a remote assistant, but there are many tasks that require an on-site presence. That’s where the ideal candidate comes in.

What He’s Looking For: Carlos needs a responsible, dependable, and bright personal assistant to support both his business and personal errands.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Scanning documents and electronic filing

  • Running errands, including mail runs

  • Managing Amazon and online orders and returns

  • Performing simple software updates and managing his phone/iPad apps

  • Handling office administration tasks at his local office

  • Light cleaning duties in the office

  • Coordinating airport pickups and drop-offs for his travel

  • Assisting with various personal tasks as needed

Time is of the essence, and this role will be crucial in helping Carlos save valuable hours. This might involve switching his car tires, researching options for an upcoming business trip, or troubleshooting office tech issues (and if needed, arranging for local tech support).
