From their spectacular views to their high-end cuisine, Mona Lisa makes for one of the finest dining experiences in Cabo.
Right upon entering, you are received by a wave of warm welcomes by every single member from their staff, the manager René and our very kind servers for the evening, Armando and Roberto were wonderfully attentive at every moment of our visit, going the extra mile to make sure our experience was nothing short of perfect.
The chef, Jacob Ramos, is without a doubt extremely talented, we enjoyed his signature menu that explored Mediterranean flavors presented with his personal touch, from the entree to the dessert, he wowed us with delectability and originality on every dish.
The menu wouldn’t be as enjoyable without the superb pairing by a very charismatic and knowledgeable sommelier, Miguel, he was incredibly attentive to any of our requests, what left us speechless was the way he accommodated to our palate preferences in such a skillful way.
The whole evening was enlivened by opera singers who performed classical music right in the middle of the restaurant, this made for such a picturesque moment that we will treasure for a lifetime.
What makes this place so magical is their privileged view to the famous arch of Cabo San Lucas, from our tables we could admire the sun setting while their staff choreographed an act that they have named “The conch ritual”, supposedly done to attract the greater vibrations from our world, without a doubt, an experience worth having if you ever have the chance of visiting Cabo.
