Wake up at least 1 hour before you have to be at your computer or cell phone.
Let nothing and no one rush you, take your mornings in a relaxed way, get up on time, make it part of your routine. Use this space to meditate, drink your coffee, stretch, run, or whatever makes you happy. In this way you will be more relaxed and calm to start with the activities that you need to carry out in your day. Take care of your peace.
Make a list with 3 important activities in your day.
This technique has worked very well for me, simplifying my activities during the day. Simplify what you must do in the day and you will see big changes in your routine and way of doing your activities. It has helped me a lot in making decisions, in knowing what things are worth my effort. Less is more.
Use your calendar
We are adults, and yes, we have activities that require an exact time that we cannot miss, whether for work, personal, educational reasons, etc. Use the calendar tool of your cell phone, my favorite is Google Calendar, but there are many others with which you can organize yourself. Having a written calendar works very well, whether it’s in a notebook, planner, or the one of your choice. I leave you my favorite Planner that I have used for years:

Speak good to yourself
We are what we say. Our words carry great weight in the universe. Talk to yourself nicely, positively, I assure you that you will have a great change in your life. Don’t stop motivating yourself. To do this, I recommend listening to positive affirmations, sticking notes in your work space or in your home with positive phrases that motivate you every day.
Pamper yourself with your favorite snack
Take your favorite tea, or coffee if you prefer (like me). Drink water, lots of water, staying properly hydrated will keep you active and healthy.
Simplicity boils down to two steps: Identify the essential. Eliminate the rest. -Leo Babauta
